Provide Hashtags functionality for the Drupal Commons distribution.
Description
The module adds support to use hashtags in text fields in Drupal Commons. Each time you add a hash in front of a word, the module makes that word clickable and turns it into a topic. It is added to the Topics field and when clicking on it, it brings you to the Taxonomy Term page of that term.
The hashtag is added using an Input Filter, and enabled on the Filtered HTML text format by default.
