Compass Rose module provides a filed type called Orientation that allows to represent the most commons orientations (North, North-East, East, South-East, South, South-West, West and North-West).
Also provides a formatter that displays a compass rose that represents the selected Orientation.
jQuery Rotate
This module is based on the jQueryRotate plugin that allows to rotate an image a concrete number of degrees.
This module depends on Libraries module, and it is necessary to download the jQueryRotate library in the sites/all/libraries/jqueryrotate folder to get it working.
Custom Compass Rose
This module provides some free Compass Rose images from http://all-free-download.com, http://vectorya.com, http://www1.free-clipart.net or http://www.freeclipartnow.com. But users can include their own Compass Rose images that will be rotated to the selected orientation. Only is necessary copy your own compass rose in the /img folder.
