This is a temporary module to allow the cookie_content_blocker module to be used on Drupal 10.
All that I have done is to take the latest version of cookie_ciontent_blocker and added Drupal 10 compatibility.
I will delete this module as soon as a version of the cookie content blocker module is available for Drupal 10
