Will CTM be ported to Drupal 7? Roadmap?

no. it's included in D7 core

I must be missing something obvious, but how can I enable this functionality in D7? I went to Structure->Content Types->selected a content type->Menu Settings. I checked off the appropriate menu that I want those users to edit and when they edit the page, I don't see a menu settings option?

I also looked under Structure->Blocks->Content Types but still haven't been able to get it to work. I didn't see anything relevant under Structure->Menus
