Path Access plugin for CTools

This is a very simple module that provides a CTools access plugin for using the access rules of another path. It does nothing without the CTools module.

When creating a custom page with Page Manager (for example, a Panels page), this module adds the 'Access to another path' access plugin in the Access tab. You may use it to mirror the access rules used by another path. For example, you might set up a custom search page, and use the access rules for the default Drupal search page, 'search'.

This project is not related to the Path Access project.

Requirements

• All development & testing has been done using the Page manager module, part of the Chaos tools suite, however this is NOT necessarily required. Help on developing this plugin for other use cases would be appreciated.

Development roadmap

I have submitted the plugin as a patch for CTools itself, but until anything happens with that, this is available as a standalone project. I have only written the plugin within a Drupal 7 environment - I will look at a 6.x backport if demand (from the community or myself!) exists.
