With webprofiler enabled when adding/editing custom pub option.

TypeError : Argument 2 passed to Drupal\custom_pub\Form\CustomPublishingOptionForm::__construct()

Using EntityTypeManagerInterface instead of EntityTypeManager in constructor to solve this, patch coming.
