Aids in the development of input filters by providing a page that allows you to enter a bit of text and see both the rendered and unrendered HTML after filtering, without caching.
There's no need to install this module unless you're developing or debugging input filters or text formats.
To use, enable the module as usual, then select "Input filter tester" from the Development menu, or go to the "devel/if" path.
