Why do we want quality? How do we measure quality? How do we improve the quality of our modules and projects?
Join this initiative if you are interested in improving the quality of the projects you are involved in and, by extension, the quality of all Drupal projects. We are making the definitive Drupal quality document. Exciting!!
The issues are located on this project page and the two main documents are:
Drupal Quality Initiative—Instructions (Google Doc)
Drupal Quality Initiative—Best Practices (Google Doc)
The Big Checklist (Google spreadsheet)
Watch the 30-min video presentation from BADCamp (Oct 27, 2018) here.
Currently, we are focussing on Coding so that we can release DQI Level 0.1 as a beta for teams to test.
You can join any of us or start work on one of the remaining areas that we have identified:
• team management
• requirements
• design
• code
• documentation
• testing
• devops
• monitoring
We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Join the Slack channel "dqi" in the Drupal team for the Zoom link.
Come join the team!
