Password strength indicator position broken during install

When performing an install, the password strength indicator isn't positioned correctly beside the password entry fields in the same way as it is in the edit user screen.

When shrinking the window a little, the password strength indicators fall below the fields, which looks better. This is probably how the indicator should be positioned during installation due to the restricted width of the fieldset area.

I am seeing this behaviour using both Safari and Chrome on a Mac with a retina display.
