Double messages are show to user when saving changes to Navigation Layout
note: was first using Inline Form Error enabled. but seems like layout builders general ajax update will trigger the double message too.
Steps to reproduce
- enable Drupal's Navigation
- goto navigations layout builder, make changes
- save form.
double messages appears and linger.
