Backend module to support the drupal-next frontend npm module. This npm module connects Drupal's JSON:API with a NextJS frontend by normalizing the data. This module fixes some access issues, adds a new field type (view reference with display id), and adds permissions for entities to display in JSON:API responses

This module adds support for the drupal-next npm module.

- Adds new permissions which allow entities shown in JSON:API results, instead of enabling the administer permissions
