Call to undefined function drupal_tweaks_log_backtrace() on line 484 of drupal_tweaks.module [#1007864]

I got this error when I wrote some bad code in a .tpl file. I was able to fix it easily by putting the text:

include_once('drupal_tweaks.inc');

on line 18 of drupal_tweaks.module.

Ok, I'm receiving this error again, so I've created a patch file against the latest release. I'm not sure what precipitates this bug so I don't know what to tell you to do to show that this patch fixes it, but I'd ask that this patch please be included in the next release of Drupal Tweaks.
