Drupal Tweaks Uninstallation [#1221312]

I can't manage to fully uninstall Drupal Tweaks (Drupal way), as the module links keep appearing in Drupal menu hierarchy!
I would like to have my Drupal installation as clean as possible! Any help?

It's not possible, once module is uninstalled by core, none of the module code should be used.
Maybe it was not disabled?
Can you provide more details what exactly happening?
