The Extend Image Module extends the Image module a little bit.
Extended functionalities
- Adds checkboxes for the fields of image editing forms by content type.
- Alt field required
- Title field required
The use of these additional checkboxes is configurable per content type.

Sets the Alt field maxlength value to 128 for editing forms of nodes.(has been removed 2022-06-07
This value is not configurable and is used on all types of content with an image Alt field.
