The attached patch allow administrators to avoid the display of the "Upcoming Events" block when there are no upcoming events. Administrators can configure that directly in the block configuration. They can set this up by choosing the right radio button. The default value is the current behavior: the block is displayed with a warning message ("No upcoming events available").
Note: This patch is NOT subject of 'event-upcoming-'. $type
