Adds a custom image widget combining the External Media (https://www.drupal.org/project/external_media) and Focal Point (https://www.drupal.org/project/focal_point).
Both modules need to be enabled to install this one.
After install, set up the settings for External Media and Focal Point modules, and select the "External Media with Focal Point" in the form display.
