Add option to 'View feature'

Currently there is only one option 'Download feature'.
There should be extra 'View feature' to see the actual generated code.

Reason:
Sometimes working on remote site or trying to just figure out one machine name in .info file, I need to see the actual code, instead of downloading it, unzipping, untaring, going to that directory, copying and then removing it.

Similar as it's working for View exporting.
