Missing signature code of component in features_codecache randomly after cron

I notice that randomly after the cron run almost all my features are marked as overridden.

After the cron run in the features_codecache variable, some components miss his signature code, maybe at some point the cron is regenerating this without the code in some components.

This only happen in a stage server.
I'm using Elysia cron.
After clear cache all the features work ok again.
Then randomly, maybe in one, two or three days the problem happens.

Any idea?
