Hi,
* I have a file with spaces in its name. e.g. sample doc 1.pdf
* When I use feeds to import to file field of node, the spaces got double encoded. (so %20 becomes %2520)
* e.g. http://site.local/sites/site.local/files/bla%2520bla%25202013%2520Flyer%...
* I am not sure it is an issue of feeds or file field in drupal core.
