fivestar 5.x-1.11-beta1

The 1.11 version of Fivestar includes three primary new features:

- Configurable rollover text is now displayed for each star. Thanks to KentBye for his help on this request. - http://drupal.org/node/137193
- The title of the voting widget is now updated after casting or canceling a vote. It now accurately reads "Your rating" or "Average" depending on the current star display. - http://drupal.org/node/202057
- A static version of the Fivestar widget can now be displayed on teasers/full node view in addition to the rating widget and hiding entirely. - http://drupal.org/node/198189

Bug Fixes:
