When one fills in values for the main module's configuration form at /admin/config/system/google_adwords, a status message appears after hitting save that the settings have been saved but the form appears empty seeming to indicate that nothing really happened.

I can also confirm that when I update the Conversion ID, then click "save", the Conversion ID gets wiped out and the field becomes blank (the defaults remain intact though).

Also, when I try to add a new field to a content type, there is no "Field type: Google Adwords" to choose from.
