Remove Entity API dependency after Geocoder releases new version

Geocoder version 7.x-1.3 depends of Entity API module to work, but it was not declared in the .info of the module. This issue was fixed in #2660360: Fatal error after upgrading to 7.x-1.3, but this fix is only on Dev branch.

To temporary resolve issues with Google store locator module, the dependency of Entity API was added also in Google Store Locator module. This should be removed after Geocoder releases a new version with this fix.
