Create 4xx error event subscriber to redirect to entity edit form if user has access

Problem/Motivation

It's a common pattern to Rabbit Hole micro-content node types with the "Access denied" or "Page not found" plugin, but we still want users that can access editing the entity to just be redirected to the edit form.
