We got an issue for orphan hs_config variables in variable table. so we need to add a hook for vocabulary deletion.

Is this still an issue?

The patch does not apply.

Also, code standards will need to be addressed.

Finally, providing a patch that you have not tested isn't going to get very far. :)

Please update the description with detailed steps to reproduce so we can see the before/after effect of the patch.

Due to the age of this if there is no movement in 2 weeks I will close this as outdated.
