How to install 3.190 on Debian/Ubuntu when hostmaster 3.192 already installed

How do I install the 1.90 release on Debian/Ubuntu?

I currently I have hostmaster-7.x-3.192

sudo apt install aegir3

aegir3 is already the newest version (3.192).
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:

linux-image-4.15.0-135-generic linux-modules-4.15.0-135-generic
linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-135-generic
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
