Apologize if this is a duplicate issue, I have been searching and not found anyone having this issue. I have installed image resize filter module, and follow installation process steps that's written on the module page. However I can't have this module to work. I am using the latest version of ckeditor and image resize filter module. Does anyone have any suggestion what could be wrong with my configuration?

I had the same issue. You need to install the insert module -> https://drupal.org/project/insert

or so I thought. That didnt work either.
