Open admin form need to click admin menu twice [#2885224]

Reproduce steps:
1. Install/Enable jQuery Update 7.x-5.0-alpha5
2. Navigate to home
3. Click a admin menu
-- Admin form didn't show. (only overlay displayed)
4. Open browser property
-- TypeError: ｊQuery.Browser is undefined (refer to attached image)
5. Click the admin menu again, admin form opened. (need to click admin menu twice)
Please take a look reproduce steps video.

I tried it by Firefox/Chrome browsers and got same issue.
