Releases for Linkit Picker

New features:
- Module is compatible with Linkit v3
- a linkit picker configuration page is available where the administrator can manage the available views per profile
- now the linkit picker views are not into the linkit dashboard form which allows using of exposed filters
- Relevant exposed filters are available for the default views

Improvements:
- Default views are upgraded to use views 3
- add insert plugin support
