From wildkatana who I emailed directly on this topic:
"You can simply install LiveZilla and then place the html button in a block."
From LiveZilla's web site at
http://www.livezilla.net/installation/en/
go to the Support -> Installation Guide along the left column. Then review "Step 3: Integrate with your Websites(s)" online video tutorial provided. The last step will produce the code needed which I just cut and paste into the Block code.
