Email logging and alerts appears in the system admin.

The correct position would be: Configuration > Development > Email logging and alerts

Hi piyuesh23. I don't think this was duplicated. As first, this ticket was created before this one: https://www.drupal.org/node/2857726. And as second point. The other patch makes the change for the errorlog and not emaillog.
