New release please

Problem/Motivation

It has been nearly three years since the beta1 release, and there have been a number of patches applied to head:

• Issue #2926869 by manuel.adan: Fatal error trying to subscribe when subscription limit has been reached
• Issue #2926889 by manuel.adan: Cancellation message after subscription update
• Issue #2944401 by manuel.adan: Add bulk import/export
• Issue #2952524 by manuel.adan: Anonymous users cannot manage their own subscriptions when more than 50 previous subscriptions exists

I think it is time for a new release.
