cant crop multiple images?!

Hi all

I have a content type with a IMAGE FIELD. I have set it to allow 4 images to be uploaded.
Now, If i then go to add images, I can upload a single image and it crops fine, however the button to add more images does not show so i cant upload more images.

The add more button appears if i set the field to MULTIUPLOAD, however, this way when i upload images and then click the CROP button, nothing happens. So i can upload multiple files this way but cant crop them

Any help would really be appreciated

I have attached two images.

Image ONE is when i have the Field set to MULTIUPLOAD
Image TWO is when I have the Field set to just IMAGE
