I have an image style configured as Manual Crop: Crop and scale 800x600 (crop minimum dimensions)
Cropping works, however, when the image is displayed, the pixel dimensions are often wrong. For example, I'll set the crop area to larger than 800x600 and save, but the image will be displayed on the page as 799x600.

Also, the selection area on the crop page is able to go below the minimum dimensions of 800x600. If I drag the selection area as small as possible, I am able to get to 799x600.

It's worth noting that this happens most often on large images.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm trying to display pictures in a grid, and the 1 pixel diference in some images is causing the grid to break.
