Actually, to be more specific…

I see the settings form as the default setting for rules. And individual rules could override that.

Really deserved feature request!
This is absolutely missing in the great current module state. He have several usecases where we have to use workarounds to fix that.

Would be a key feature for further version. Very very nice module! =)
