The Microspid module supports the italian, SAML-based, authentication protocol SPID.
For a full description of the module please read the italian readme file (LEGGIMI.md).
Starting from 7.x-1.22 and 2.0.x version the module works only for Public Administration sites.
Drupal 7:
WARNING: updating from 1.1 to a later one destroys certificates and template file metadata.xml. Template file can be recovered from metadata.tpl.xml. Make a copy before the update. Sorry for the problem.
To avoid that problem, since version 1.3 there is a new location for certificates and metadata.xml file; to show how to update from an old version to 1.3 version, a file in Italian has been attached.
