NoUiSlider Better Exposed Filters

This is a noUiSlider integration for Drupal. It provides a noUiSlider
element for select list and entity reference fields.

Kudos to nikathone for his initial work on this project.

The module convert a view exposed multi select filter to NoUiSlider widget for better UI experience.

When enabled, the module will add a new option (NoUiSlider) to Better Exposed Filter settings
inside the View.
