Hi,
I am using panel module 8.x-4.2 with Radix Layout module 8.x-4.0. In that i saw there is a layout alignment issue in Panel IPE. I searched about this issue and i got https://www.drupal.org/node/2636506. Then i tried dev version of this module, in that i saw this issue is fixed but need some alignment in dev version.

Current mode :

I fixed that alignment issue, please check the image below. For this change, change the margin value to margin: 5px; instead of margin-right: 10px; in .ipe-layout class which is located in panels/panels_ipe/css/panels_ipe.css

Yes, in stable version there is an alignment issue. In dev version it fixed but after trying your change it looks better. Thanks @kurinji
