Plain1 is a port of the "Plain 1.0" template found on Open Source Web Design. It was originally created by James Koster a.k.a. JayKay.
The port was done by using the One True Layout, and requires the PHPTemplate theme engine.
This is entirely CSS-based theme, all fonts/colors/backgrounds/sidebar widths/content width are defined in external stylesheet(s).
NOTE: The theme is developed/tested to work with Drupal 4.6.x on IE6, Firefox 1.5 and Opera 8.5
