Assign session to room and time

Story: As a conference organizer, I want to assign a session to a specific room and timeslot.

Acceptance Criteria: Given that I am a conference site admin, when I assign a session or edit a previously assigned session, I can only do so with timeslots and rooms that have not already been assigned.
