This module allows to define the moment when a Simplenews Issue will be sent. At the first cron execution after this moment the issue will change its status to "pending" and, after that, it'll be sent.

The operation can be cancelled before the sending time.

Unlike Simplenews Scheduler this module doesn't render new copies of the issue, it sends directly the issue and one time only.
