Introduction
Are you using a workflow or editorial panel (e.g. Workbench module) to manage your content? perhaps you faced a problem where a draft (unpublished content) got reviewed and then published, but the RSS feed & fron-page time-ordered view will display it at the bottom. This is because Drupal uses `created` date to sort nodes in listing pages (frontpage, taxonomy) and RSS too. Publish Date will replace the `created` date with `published` date in case you make a draft -> published transition.
Features
- Supports node edit page 'Publish' check box (basic editorial workflow)
- Supports Workbench Moderation (advanced editorial workflow) for Drupal 7, and modr8 for Drupal 6.
How to use?
Just install as usual module, and enable it. Currently there is no configuration (e.g. disable it on some content types).
