Is possible to randomise some multiple choice answer option weight order programatically ?

Sometime we need to randomise some multiple choice answer option in one click button maybe use VBO or programatically work to make the option more dynamic, i know we can use random order in setting of question but it always change every quiz page is refresh so when user back to the same page it always change :(
or when we use quiz question import csv we can only define the order of true answer in one position which is on the top order so we cannot import question use csv in variety weight order for true answer.
