RDF indexer is the successor of the SPARQL Endpoint module (currently part of the SPARQL project). RDF indexer uses the Search API module to manage and perform indexing of the RDF data for entities present on your site. It supports all entity types.
You need to setup a triple store into which this module will index the RDF data. If you are interested in using the very basic ARC2 library as local triple store, you can use the ARC2 store module which will setup an ARC2 triple store on your Drupal site. Note however that the triple store doesn't necessary need to be on the same site or server as Drupal, however this can be convenient for prototyping or testing an idea or project.
