This module will allow any long text field to be evaluated for readability using the Flesch–Kincaid readability algorithm. This module works with CKEditor5 as well as non-WYSIWYG text fields and is configurable per text field. Rating results update in real-time. The module now supports translatable and configurable ratings. It also supports grade-level ratings.
Post-Installation
- Visit the form display for a content type, block type, paragraph, etc.
- Click the gear icon to the right of the field to open up the settings for that field form display.
- Expand the details for "Reading Rating" and click the checkbox to enable Reading Rating for this field.
- Optionally, you may enable grade level ratings.
- Click "Update" on the field, and then save the form display.
- Visit the edit page for the node type that was just edited above.
- There is now a "Reading Rating" section below the text field that will automatically show the rating as you type.
