Basically just a Drush command that allows you to remove broken/missing blocks from the configuration.
Use it when you know what you're doing, at your own risk.
Usage :
Show blocks/config without deleting.
drush dbmb
Show blocks/config and deletes all missing/broken blocks.
drush dbmb --deleteNoStorage 1 --deleteBroken 1
