Responsive blog theme is a subtheme of AdaptiveTheme — you must download and install it first. Adaptivetheme provides the core functionality such as layout control.

To install Responsive blog theme:
1. Download Adaptivetheme and put it to sites/all/themes.
2. Put Responsive blog theme to the same folder.
3. Go to Appearance. Enable and set Responsive blog theme as default.
4. Go to Appearance > Responsive blog theme settings and press 'Save'.
