Managing Events... [#2836265]

When I'm trying to add an event the from asks me to give exact location of this event? How can I choose from already assigned locations or take this field away because I'm going to use only one location set already in my locations. There are no others!
Is is also possible to change time from AM/PM to 24H format?
Also, I think because of translation I can't create new events and get an error that shows than date/time format is incompatible.
Already week spent on this problem but can't find a fix!

The First error is - The value input for field Date Start Date is invalid.
The second line is - The value Jan 2 2017 06:30pm does not match the expected format.

This happens only if I try to add an event from translated interface. If I Add an event from English interface everything is good, but it is also important for the time to show in 24-hour format, and some format changing in Date format. I need the month to go next to the date. So, greatly will be in I can make date&time shown as for ex.: Saturday, 1 January, 2017 18:30.

And also with Address every time I add an event drives me crazy. We have event every day and every month, so entering the exact address will make mad!

I've found a solution for the date to be displayed as I need.
The only things still unfixed are adding an Event from translated interface and the Location Address for each event! Is it possible simply to define an auto-filled content into the Address form by default. This should be enough!
