Scroll to destination anchors

This module modifies the default behavior of destination anchor links such as <a href="#block-system-main">Main content</a> so that users will be smoothly scrolled to the destination instead of immediately being jumped.

Browser Requirements

1. JavaScript enabled
2. jQuery support

Installation Instructions

1. Add module to your website's modules directory
2. Enable the module at /admin/modules
3. Add destination anchors to links such as <a href="#block-system-main">Main content</a>
4. That's it!
