This module provides a url with json response containing all servers status.
How to use it
Install it, then visit /search_api/monitor/server
You'll get a json response with a list of search_api backend servers and their status (available/unavailable)
Supported backends
At the moment only search_api_solr has been tested, but it should work with any search_api backend server implementing the method isAvailable()
