The Slack Webform Handler is a powerful contribution module designed to enhance the functionality of the popular Drupal Webform module by seamlessly integrating it with Slack, a leading team collaboration tool. With this module, Drupal site administrators can easily configure webforms to send submissions directly to Slack channels, enabling efficient communication and streamlined workflows.
Create Slack webhooks:
- Navigate to your Slack workspace and sign in as an administrator or user with sufficient privileges.
- Click on the "Browse Apps"
- Select you app or create a new one
- Select the "Incoming Webhooks" app from the sidebar.
- Under "Webhook URLs for Your Workspace" click on Create new webhook for your workspace, Choose the Slack channel where you want the webform submissions to appear. Note that you may need to create a new channel if one doesn't already exist.
- Once the channel is selected, click on "Allow" to grant the necessary permissions to the app.
- You will be provided with a unique Webhook URL. Copy this URL as you will need it for configuring the Slack Webform Handler module in Drupal.
